Christmas Orders
Thank you to everyone who has placed Christmas Orders so far. Please expect delays during this busy Christmas period. Click and collect options are also available from Limerick city. Email niamh@mome.ie or DM on social for further details.
Last date for Christmas orders within Ireland is Monday 16th December 2024 before 12 noon, to go out with Fastway Couriers on Tuesday 17th.
Any orders after that can not be processed until Thursday 30th December 2024.
Due to the current demand please expect delays with your order being processed and delivered. I am doing my utmost to get through all of your orders as efficiently as possible yet still giving each order the love and attention every MoMe order has gotten so far!
Normally the schedule is as follows but this will vary during the busy Christmas Season.
Orders placed on Thursday & Friday will normally go out on Monday for next day delivery.
Orders placed on Saturday - Monday will normally go on Tuesday morning for next day delivery.
Orders placed on Tuesday & Wednesday will normally go out on Thursday morning for next day delivery.
If you need your order urgently for a special occasion please send me a separate email and I will do my best to get it to you on time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will also receive another email once your order has been dispatched.
MoMe currently ship all orders with An Post standard post
Ireland: 1-2 working days*
UK: 3-6 working days*
Europe: 3-6 working days*
Rest of World: 7-10 working days*
If you require your order for a particular date please send an email with your order outlining the date you require it on.
*Expect delays during the busy Christmas period.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If after you receive your Order Confirmation email from MoMe and the estimated delivery time has surpassed, we suggest you to take the following steps:
1. Check with your neighbours to see if the package was left there.
2. Check your local post office to see if it has been left at a pick up point.
3. Contact hello@mome.ie and include your order number.
