I am so happy to announce that due to popular demand my MoMe Weekly Desk Calendar is now available for pre-order for 2024!

This MoMe Weekly Desk Calendar has been designed as an added tool to accompany your MoMe cards and to encourage you to bring more mindful moments into your life.

There is a quote to take you through each week (over 30 new quotes have been added this year!) on the side of the weekly calendar with a mindful exercise on the reverse as a practice for each day that week. While your MoMe card prompts you to pause, your inspirational quotes on the calendar have been carefully selected from some of the most recognised mindfulness teachers and practitioners and will help reinforce the beauty of all that there is to discover with the practice. This in-turn will hopefully help encourage you to practice using the mindful practice assigned for each week. This year Images of nature associated with the season you are in have been added to the background of each practice.

It is important to keep in mind that these mindful moment practices are most effective when combined with a formal meditation practice. The informal practices suggested for each week are also only a guide to help you stick to your practice, feel free to introduce your own practices along the way, or repeat one that you find most effective.

Some of the practices you might already do on a daily basis so it’s not giving you ‘extra work’, it’s encourage you to bring present moment awareness into the life you are living so it can bring all the benefits that mindfulness practice brings to our health and overall wellbeing. The real meditation after all, is how we live our lives.
